totalspace are a different type of hosting company. We were founded on the basis of two simple words; 'reliable hosting'.

Most large hosting companies buy tens or hundreds of boxes and stick as MANY clients as they can onto them. They squeeze every ounce out of the systems that they have to see a good return on their investment.

Many smaller hosting companies and design agencies then sell these services on to their clients. This is fine until someone hosted on the same server uses a bad script that brings down the entire machine, including your site!

We have our own dedicated servers which we do not fill up with hundreds of heavy sites. We do not have a reseller account that is shared with other hosting companies.

We have our own servers based on several tier 1 back bones from SBC and Allegiance, built on a Cisco powered network.

Our servers are hosted in data centers that are physically isolated from everyone but high security technicians. Public access is strictly forbidden.

We limit the amount we have on our boxes, as soon as we feel that a server is anywhere near full, we buy a new one. This is how we are able to offer an extremely reliable service to our clients.

We host our own web sites on the same servers. This shows you how important they are to us. It is like having your own dedicated server without the hassle of managing it!
